Ever-young Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "EVER-YOUNG" or "we") is committed to protecting your personal privacy, and when you use our services, you may or may be required to provide your personal information or device permissions. In accordance with the current regulations and policies, the "EVER-YOUNG Privacy Protection Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is formulated, and this Agreement applies to all products or services provided by EVER-YOUNG. Please read this Agreement carefully and confirm that you understand our rules for collecting and processing your personal information (including how to collect, use, store, share and protect such information) before choosing whether to agree. Once you start to use or continue to use our products or services, it means that you agree that we will process your relevant information in accordance with this Agreement. We promise that we will take visible security protection measures to protect your personal information in accordance with mature security standards.

The specific service content of "Ever-young Smart Building and Home Application and Software" (hereinafter referred to as "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" or "the Software") is provided by "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" according to the actual situation. "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate part of the network services. "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" reserves the right to adjust the type and form of services provided by the " EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" platform at any time according to the actual situation. "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" does not bear the losses caused to users due to business adjustment. " EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" only provides related services, and the equipment related to this service (such as computers, modems and other devices related to Internet access) and the required expenses (such as telephone charges and Internet access fees paid for Internet access) shall be borne by the user.

2. Privacy Protection

2.1 In the process of registering an account or using the Services, the User may need to fill in or submit some necessary information, such as the identity information required by laws, regulations, rules and normative documents (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations"). If the information submitted by the user is incomplete or does not comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, the user may not be able to use the service or be restricted in the process of using the service.

2.2 Personal privacy information refers to information related to the user's personal identity or personal privacy, such as the user's real name, ID number, mobile phone number, mobile device identification code, IP address, user chat history, etc. Non-personal privacy information refers to the user's status and usage habits of the service, which are clearly and objectively reflected in the basic record information of the "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" server, other ordinary information outside the scope of personal privacy information, and the above-mentioned private information that the user agrees to disclose.

2.3 Respecting the privacy of users' personal privacy information is the consistent system of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home", and "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" will take technical measures and other necessary measures to ensure the security of users' personal privacy information and prevent the leakage, damage or loss of users' personal privacy information collected in this service. In the event of the above-mentioned circumstances or when "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" finds that there is a possibility of the occurrence of the above-mentioned circumstances, remedial measures will be taken in a timely manner.

2.4 "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" will not disclose or disclose the user's personal privacy information to any third party without the user's consent. However, the following specific circumstances are excluded:

2.4.1 "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" shall provide the user's personal privacy information in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations or the instructions of the competent authorities;

2.4.2 Any leakage of personal information caused by the user informing others of his user password or sharing the registered account and password with others, or other personal privacy information leakage not caused by "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home";

2.4.3 The User chooses to disclose his/her personal information to third parties;

2.4.4 An agreement is reached between the user and "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" and the cooperative units on the use and disclosure of the user's personal information, and "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" discloses the user's personal privacy information to the cooperative units;

2.4.5 Any leakage of the user's personal privacy information due to hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion and other force majeure events;

2.4.6 Other circumstances agreed in this Agreement.

2.5 The user agrees that " EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" can use the user's personal information in the following matters: 2.5.1 " EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" will send important notices to users in a timely manner, such as software updates and changes to the terms of this agreement;

2.5.2 EVER-YOUNG Smart Home APP conducts internal audits, data analysis and research, etc., to improve the products, services and communication between "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" and users;

2.5.3 In accordance with this Agreement, the User shall disclose his/her personal information, "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home", review the user's information and take measures to deal with it;

2.5.4 Other matters stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.

2.5.5 In addition to the above matters, "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" will not use the user's personal privacy information for any other purpose without the user's consent.

2.6 In order to improve the technology and services of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" and provide users with a better service experience, "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" may collect and use it or provide non-personal privacy information of users to third parties.

3. Collection of User Information

When providing services, "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" may collect, store and use the following information related to you. If you do not provide relevant information, you may not be able to register as a user of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" or enjoy some of the services provided by "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home", or you may not be able to achieve the intended effect of related services.

3.1 Information you provide to "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home". The information submitted when you fill in and/or use the services provided by "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" when you register for the "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" account, including but not limited to your email address, phone number, username information and other information.

3.2.3 When you use the special services provided by the "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" platform, "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" will collect other necessary information from you according to the requirements of the special services. "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" will collect information in strict accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations. You should ensure the authenticity of the identity information you fill in or submit, otherwise "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" may choose to refuse to provide you with relevant services.

3.2.4 In addition to the above information, "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" may also collect other information from you for the reasonable needs of providing services and improving service quality, including the relevant information provided by you when you contact the customer service team of "Yongdong Smart Home", the questionnaire reply information sent to "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" when you participate in the questionnaire survey, and the relevant information collected by "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" when you interact with the affiliates of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" and the partners of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home". At the same time, in order to improve the security of your use of the services provided by the "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" platform and more accurately prevent phishing website fraud and Trojan viruses, "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" may judge the risk of your account by understanding some of your network usage habits and your commonly used software information, and may record some URLs that "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" considers risky.

3.3 Information from Third Parties

In order to provide you with better and better services, or to jointly provide you with services, or for the purpose of preventing Internet fraud, the affiliates and partners of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" will share your personal information with "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" in accordance with the provisions of the law or the agreement with you or with your consent. You understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this Privacy Policy:

3.3.4 The enterprise name and other relevant industrial and commercial registration information and the information of natural person operators that need to be publicized as required by laws and regulations.

4. Purpose and method of information use

Because the purpose of collecting your information is to provide you with services and improve service quality, in order to achieve this purpose, "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" will use your information for the following purposes:

4.1 To provide you with the services you use, and to maintain and improve these services.

4.2 "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" may use the contact information in the personal information you provide to communicate with you, such as notifying you about your account, security updates, product and service information. 4.6 "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" requested the user's "camera permission" when opening the app, so that the user could use the QR code function when binding the house function module.

4.7 When the login information of the application software is cleared, the application software will be reopened to log in to obtain the login information to ensure the normal operation of the application software. Although "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" has taken corresponding security precautions, it may still be inevitable that a third party will evade the security measures of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" and enter the database of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" to find your personal information. "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" believes that when you put your personal information into the database of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home", you have been aware of and agree to bear such risks. For any legal disputes arising therefrom, "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" does not assume any legal responsibility. When you use the services of such third parties, you are subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of such third parties, and you need to read their terms carefully. 5. User Registration

5.1 You confirm that when you complete the registration procedure or actually use the services of the "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" platform in other ways permitted by "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home", you should be a natural person, legal person or other organization with corresponding civil capacity. If you do not have the above-mentioned qualifications, you and your parents or legal guardians (hereinafter referred to as "guardians") shall bear all the consequences arising therefrom, and "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" has the right to cancel your account and claim compensation from you and your guardians.

5.2 "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" attaches great importance to the protection of the security of the collection and use of personal information of teenagers. "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" suggests that any minors under the age of 18 participating in online activities should obtain the consent of their guardians in advance and abide by the "National Youth Internet Civilization Convention". Guardians shall bear the primary responsibility for the risks of minors' online activities and the protection of minors' online privacy.

5.3 If it is found that your user account contains indecent words or inappropriate names, the "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" platform reserves the right to cancel the user qualification. Please do not register with the real name, trade name, stage name, or pen name of a political party leader or other social celebrity; Do not register in the name of a state agency or other institution, do not register uncivilized or unhealthy names, and names that contain discriminatory, insulting, or obscene words; Do not register accounts that are ambiguous, misleading, or otherwise in accordance with the law; The user is obliged to ensure the security of the account and password, and the user shall bear full responsibility for any loss or damage caused by all activities carried out by the user using the account and password, and the platform shall not assume any responsibility.

5.4 If the user finds that the account is used without authorization or any other security problems, the user should immediately change the account password and keep it properly, if necessary, please notify the platform, due to hacking or the user's negligence in custody caused by the illegal use of the account, the "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" platform does not assume any responsibility.

5.5 You understand and agree that once you register a user account, you agree that "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" and its affiliates can send and inform you of the corresponding product and service advertising information, promotional offers and other marketing information by making phone calls, sending text messages or emails to the mobile phone number and email address filled in during registration; If you do not agree to receive relevant information, you can unsubscribe through customer service or relevant prompts.

6. User Conduct

The User agrees not to use the Service to engage in any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:

6.1 Post or otherwise transmit information that contains one of the following: opposing the basic principles set forth in the Constitution; endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, or harming national honor and interests; inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity; spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability; Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crimes; insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights of others; contains content that is false, fraudulent, harmful, coercive, invasive of another's privacy, harassing, infringing, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally objectionable; Contains other content restricted or prohibited by local laws, rules, rules, ordinances and any legally binding norms; Contains content that "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" deems inappropriate to display in "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home";

6.2 Endanger the legitimate rights and interests of others in any way;

6.3 impersonate any other person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent that you are associated with any person or entity;

6.4 post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is known under any law or under a contractual or statutory relationship (e.g. inside information, proprietary and confidential information known or disclosed under employment relationships and under confidentiality agreements) but is not authorized to transmit;

6.5 Publish or otherwise transmit content that infringes on the copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights (hereinafter referred to as "exclusive rights") of others;

6.6 post, send or otherwise transmit any advertising letters, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "direct marketing" or any other form of solicitation;

6.7 publish, transmit or otherwise transmit any information of computer viruses (including but not limited to trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots) ("viruses") or other computer code, files and programs designed to interfere with, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment; 6.8 Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service, or violate any rules, procedures, policies or regulations regarding the connection of the Service to the network;

6.9 Stalking, doxing, or otherwise harassing others;

6.10 Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local or national law, or any rules having the force of law; 6.11 Intercepting, altering, collecting, storing or deleting personal information, e-mails or other data of others without legal authorization, or using such data for any illegal or improper purpose. You have acknowledged that “EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" does not have full control over the user's use behavior, and when you use any content, including relying on the correctness, completeness or practicability of the aforesaid content, you agree that you will make your own judgment and bear all risks, and do not rely on "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home". "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" may, at its own discretion, refuse and delete any content provided through this service that violates the terms or otherwise causes "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" to be disgusted. 6.11.5 Other circumstances that “EVER-YOUNG Smart Home” deems necessary.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The copyright of the overall content of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" belongs to Ever-young Technology Co., Ltd. All products, technologies and all programs of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" belong to the intellectual property rights of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" and are not authorized herein. All design drawings and other drawings, product and service names of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" are trademarks and logos enjoyed by Ever-young Technology Co., Ltd. No one may use, copy or use it for any other purpose. Without the permission of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home", no unit or individual may copy, disseminate, display, mirror, upload, download, use, or engage in any other infringement of the intellectual property rights of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home". Otherwise, Ever-young Technology Co., Ltd. will pursue relevant legal responsibilities.

8. Content Ownership

The content of this service provided by "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" may include: text, software, sound, pictures, videos, charts, etc. All of this content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other property ownership laws. Users can only use these contents after obtaining the authorization of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" or other relevant right holders, and cannot copy or reproduce these contents without authorization, or create derivative products related to the content. "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" encourages users to make full use of the "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" platform to post and share their own information freely, but the content must be in the public domain, or the user has the right to use the content. At the same time, users enjoy copyright and related rights for the legal content created by them and published on "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" in accordance with the law. Users should not post other copyrighted content through "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home". If “EVER-YOUNG Smart Home” receives a formal copyright complaint, it will delete the content. 10. Transactions with Advertisers

Any form of communication or business dealings between the User and the Advertiser through the Service, or participation in promotional activities, including the payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other related terms, conditions, warranties or representations entered into by the User, shall be solely between the User and the Advertiser. "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature suffered by the user due to any of the aforesaid transactions or the aforementioned advertisers.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

11.1 The Internet is an open platform, and users who upload personal information such as photos to the Internet may be copied, reprinted, altered or used for other illegal purposes by other organizations or individuals, and users must be fully aware of the existence of such risks. The user expressly agrees that the risks existing in the use of the "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" service will be entirely borne by him/herself; All the consequences arising from its use of the "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" service shall also be borne by itself, and "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" shall not assume any responsibility for the user. "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" does not guarantee that the service will meet the requirements of users, nor does it guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security and accuracy of the service. For network service interruption or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond the control of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home", "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" does not assume any responsibility. "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of the information published by the user. "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" has the right to judge whether the user's behavior is in accordance with the provisions of the terms of the website use agreement, and if "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" believes that the user has violated the provisions of the agreement, "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" has the right to terminate the provision of website services to it.

11.2 You understand and agree that "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" shall not be liable for any damage or compensation caused by any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to loss of economy, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses:

11.2.1 Use or failure to use the "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" platform services;

11.2.2 unauthorized use of your account or alteration of your information by a third party;

11.2.3 Expenses and losses arising from the purchase or acquisition of any goods, samples, materials, information and other behaviors or substitute behaviors through the "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" platform services;

11.2.4 Your misunderstanding of the "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" platform services;

11.2.5 Any other losses related to platform services not caused by "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home".

11.3 "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" is exempt from the following force majeure behaviors: normal equipment maintenance of information network, information network connection failure, computer, communication or other system failure, power failure, strike, labor dispute, riot, uprising, riot, insufficient productivity or production materials, fire, flood, storm, explosion, war, government action, order of judicial administrative organ or inaction of a third party caused by failure to provide service or delay in service.

11.4 You shall strictly abide by this Agreement and other agreements, activity rules, and announcements issued by “EVER-YOUNG Smart Home", and you shall bear full responsibility for any losses caused to the third party or "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" due to your violation of the agreement or rules.

13. Supplementary Provisions

The establishment, execution and interpretation of these Terms of Use and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China. If the user has any dispute over the content of this agreement or its implementation, the user shall try to resolve it through friendly negotiation with "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home"; If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court where "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" is located. The failure of "EVER-YOUNG Smart Home" to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of this service agreement does not constitute a waiver of the aforesaid rights or rights. If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding. The final interpretation right of all the terms of this agreement belongs to "EVER-YOUNG Home".
